(How) can legal logics pollute organisations
The Second Hamlyn lecture is now available on YoutTube and on our webiste (postofficeproject.net)
This lecture, which looks at, but also beyond, the Post Office Scandal, considers how aggressive lawyering and organisational culture can interact, ending with the relationship between this and cover-up culture.
I very much enjoyed the lecture you delivered in the Liberty Building at the University of Leeds. Could you possibly make accessible online the varied apologies given by different lawyers and judges to the PO Horizon enquiry? (You showed these before the lecture started). I read them with great interest and would like to revisit them if possible.
These lectures have given me a lot to think about and I want to thank you for your insight,
