Yes he wriggled. His contempt of the law and of the SPM's was utterly disgraceful. How dare he be anywhere near the remediation scheme/compensation scheme. It is obvious why he still has a job at the Post Office, because it hasn't changed one little bit. Whilst they still employ the un-employable, it will never change. I do hope that professionals that love/respect the law deal with that individual.
